• Audit CSV files do not contain any personal data or information that can be used to identify individuals
• Audit CSV files older than 30 days are automatically and permanently deleted and cannot be restored
• Audit logs are stored as CSV files on the local system only
• No external services, cloud storage, or telemetry are used
